Edward A. Rose, Jr. is a member of the California Bar and a Certified Public Accountant in the states of California and New York. Mr. Rose has been an attorney at law since 1995 practicing in the areas of business, civil, and tax litigation. Mr. Rose also provides Corporate legal services. Mr. Rose has been licensed as a CPA since 1981. Mr. Rose has extensive experience in both tax planning and tax preparation and performs audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements. Mr. Rose also conducts peer reviews of other CPA firms and is an adjunct professor of accounting and taxation at National University teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
